There is a bootleg: 'Pre Real Life Demos, September 1977'. It's about the recordings of Magazine during the first years (with Bob Dickinson): lives and demos. It was posted in a eastern european blog, but was deleted. Do you have any copy of this or another bootleg?

For Ryan: John McGeoch pretty much used a Yamaha SG from the beginning of Magazine through the Banshees and Armoury Show. I've seen some very early Magazine live vids where he had a Fender Strat- style guitar. In PIL he I spotted a Gibson 335, a Dobro and a Jackson guitar. Dave Formula had a Prophet 5, an ARP string synth and some other things I don't know
