It's great to see all this old stuff but I'm getting uneasy. It's all so accesible now and the new bands, tho they pay homage just are not coming from the same mindset as the bands of 1979 onwards. Had the odd experience of a group of kids in Tunbridge Wells of all places, talking about the gang of four as if they were a current band. All very odd. I like to say it wasn't the same when I was a lad, but tyhen it clearly was... bannanas

The music 'scene' now is so similar to the late seventies early 80's that a lot of old codgers like myself are getting interested music again after a long interlude. You just can't beat a singer two guitars and a drummmer, it's all you really need.
