Morning. I've not had a schmooze around here for some time and now I discover that there are rumours of a reformation of some kind? Is this genuine or is it a loose comment that has taken on a life of its own? For what its worth if it happens I'd have very mixed feelings-whilst being at the front of the queue for tickets of course. Magazine produced 3 stunning albums, a number of excellent singles an ok live album and a patchy 4th studio album. For me, the split was timely. Furthermore as was discussed last year, John McGeoch was imho as essential to Magazine as was Devoto and it just seems not quite 'right' that there might now be some kind of reunion without the great man. Barry Adamson's health is reportedly not that great and I'm not convinced that he'd see playing bass in Magazine as a step forward- so again that could be another barrier. Time will tell, I guess. Excited and nervous. Maybe it's right to be nervous??

funnily enough, open mind... i did once meet john foxx (or dennis leigh as he was also known) - his Garden studio, i believe, evolved into the Strong Room with which mr. formula had financial dealings... and the rest is, as we say, is mystery... (ibanez p and johnny morris moved to whipsnade with the elephants) i loved the reformation rumours... it's the kind of thing you expect to read about in here... has anyone heard anything about Howard's supposed role in the new Joy Division film 'Closer'??
