Whoah, looks like I started something here without intending to. I think I've never seen this many Luxuria posts in a row... my faith in the world seems restored (didn't know there was so many of you out there, to be quite honest! (yup, that's how pessimistic I am)). 'As far as contributing to the Luxuria Shrine, what is it that one must do to 'contribute'?' - I'm looking for song reviews. Maus has already given me one, I am busy adding it to the site as I speak... (continued)

Thanks to the marvels of audiogalaxy I have a complete set of Luxuria's music (yes, all of it) - also in part due to kind contributions of people on this very forum. I'm more than willing to help people to music, but I'm not going to link publically, so just drop me a line at the 'pinkgothic at t-online.de' eMail address if you're still looking. (Maus, I sent you an eMail). As for the severe lack of Unanswerable Lust on CD - I've noticed that. (continued)

I keep a GEMM.COM newsletter to tell me when Unanswerable Lust in CD format is put on the site - I do post here, but recently, no luck, and the only one since my last notification post I missed due to exam studies. Sorry about that, people. I should be back on schedule with that now.

@Jack: Had to skip back a page to read my own post to see what you were referring to, btw. I wasn't trying to say I'm the only one with two Luxuria CDs, but rather, that I -only- have two Luxuria CDs (namely the albums), so help with other things would be much appreciated :) Hope that clears up any misunderstandings!

Last post, promised. Maus: I looked at the website you linked to about Candy. 'lo behold, I noticed something which probably no other Luxuria fan knows because they're not into @440. Howard Gray, who is from Australia and who does production/engineering for Apollo 4 40 is also known as Midnight Cowboy. Coincidence? I think not. Thanks for the link.

Cheers Neike- my name in lights! I hope you're right about the Midnight Cowboy connection. So my theory is that the Candice Morganaeur of Against the Past is Candy Darling, friend of Andy Warhol (old Drella)and drag queen who committed suicide and left a note along the lines of 'did you know I couldn't last, I always knew it' which sounds rather a lot like the lyrics of the Luxuria song. I don't want to start any geeky conspiracy theories here, or is this common knowledge? what does anyone think?

'I don't want to start any geeky conspiracy theories here,' - Maus, don't worry, I've long since started with that. I do fingerpointing at Noko all the time. *laughs* ;)

Okay, look what you people made me do. I'm trying to get my way to Bridgewater Hall. And I'm technically too poor to. Bad forum. Bad, bad forum. *scolds it* -_- ...ahem. At any rate, if I can, I intend on saying hiya. I'll stencil 'Luxuria Fan' on my forehead, so everyone can find me, how does that sound? *snicker* Now, to wait if I can crash @ someone's place or not... or, in short, if I will need to starve when I'm back home or not, heh... *grumble*

If you don't go you might regret it (Still wish I'd gone to ICA gig). Yep I will probably have to starve too. Have booked a hotel as altho' relatives live just outside the city centre I can't really stumble through their doors late at night. Only 2 weeks to go.....can't wait. 26 yrs since first saw Magazine live...'it's all nostagia for an age yet to come'.

...going, with a british friend... so going to starve... nngggh... oh yeah, I'll probably be the only person around with a bright magenta T-Shirt. ;) lol... looking forward to seeing some people from here.
