Duncan Am sure you could buy Magazine t-shirts years ago. I remember someone with a 'Real Life' cover on theirs..unless they made it themselves. That was about 24 yrs ago. Buzzcocks used to throw button badges to the audience at gigs but that was after HD's time. I lost all of mine.

I remember the buzzcocks 'love bites' tour with Joy Div supporting. They had a t-shirt witha linder drawing on it that was virtually the same as real life. I also remember Gen X throwing out free Billy Idol badges . In addition I remember the audience throwing them back.. only a lot harder.
